An extensive retail design and consultation service is available to all clients. Our qualified design staff can guide and assist with all of your retail fitout requirements. Anything from store planning for practicality and traffic flow to colour selection or concept store design can all be accommodated in-house.

Project Estimation

Our estimating department delivers an easily understood quotation based on the plans provided for your store. Whether you provide plans sourced from an outside designer or utilise our in-house design service, we will happily provide a quotation. If it's a budget costing your after we can assist you there too.

Our quotations include all the trades involved on your project. We have developed working relationships with a team of trades people we know and we can rely on and guarantee their quality of work.

Project Management

Factory services to clients include: joinery construction, plastics fabrication and painting, polishing and finishing. Our trade-qualified staff are extremely talented and have specialised skills enabling them to build any physical item we can throw at them.

Metal (especially stainless steel), is another specialty of our factory. Although out-sourced, our factory's relationship with the fabricators ensures quality products and fittings.

When it comes to site management the team shines. Down time for clients is minimised by our flexibility during installation. We work with our clients to identify their timing on a project and also their other requirements during fitout (e.g. continue to trade throughout the fitout). All associated trades are co-ordinated to maximise company resources and provide the best possible service to our clients. We welcome and encourage clients to participate during factory and installation stages of their projects. Our team values constructive feedback.

After practical completion of the fitout, we meet with our clients on site to go through the fitout to confirm installation is as per plan and also quality check all fittings.

After Care/Follow On Service

Thomas Brown Shopfitters Brisbane provide a 6 month guarantee on the workmanship and materials used during our clients' projects. We also like to visit clients from time to time to ensure they're happy with the service provided and the quality of their retail environment. We are always keen to hear from clients and always take a lot of pride when they inform their sales are up by a percentage figure. We like to think our quality conscious service and product helps in some small way to get them there.
